Selection Process
The selection process will vary based on the post applied for. Below are the details for each position:
1. Accountant
- Stage 1: Computer-Based Test (CBT)
- Stage 2: Document Verification
- Final Selection: Based on CBT marks and document verification
2. Junior Assistant
- Stage 1: Computer-Based Test (CBT)
- Stage 2: Typing Test (40 wpm for General, 35 wpm for PwBD)
- Stage 3: Document Verification
- Final Selection: Based on CBT marks, qualifying Typing Test, and document verification
3. Junior Inspector
- Stage 1: Computer-Based Test (CBT)
- Stage 2: Document Verification
- Stage 3: Trade Test
- Final Selection: Based on CBT, Trade Test performance, and document verification

Application Process
Steps to Apply:
- Visit the JCI official website www.jutecorp.in.
- Go to the “RECRUITMENT” tab and click on the link to apply for Advertisement No. 02/2024.
- Fill in the required details and upload the necessary documents:
- Scanned photograph and signature
- Proof of date of birth (10th pass certificate/birth certificate)
- Educational qualification certificates
- Caste/PwBD certificate (if applicable)
- Experience certificate (if applicable)
- Pay the applicable application fee.
- Submit the form and take a printout for future reference.
Application Fee:
- SC/ST/PwBD: No fee
- General/OBC/EWS/Internal Candidates: ₹250/-
Exam Pattern
The Computer-Based Test (CBT) will consist of 100 multiple-choice questions. Each question will carry 1 mark, and the total duration of the exam will be 120 minutes. There will be no negative marking.
Important Note for PwBD Candidates:
- Candidates with disabilities (OH-OA) will be provided with an extra 40 minutes to complete the CBT.
Final Result
- The final merit list will be based on CBT marks (for all posts), typing test (for Junior Assistant), trade test (for Junior Inspector), and document verification.
- Tie Breaker Rule: If two or more candidates score the same marks, the candidate older in age will be given preference.
Important Instructions:
- Candidates should apply online well in advance to avoid last-minute technical issues.
- Candidates must use an active email address and phone number while applying, as all communication will be done through email/SMS.
