Position Details:

Salary Structure:

• Training Period Stipend: ₹15,500/- per month
• Contract Period Stipend: ₹20,000/- per month
• Post-Training/Contract: Upon successful completion and depending on business requirements, candidates may be absorbed into Wage Group B with a pay scale of ₹16,900/- to ₹60,650/-.

Eligibility Criteria:

1. ITI Trainees:

• Qualification:
  

  • First Class (60% and above) in ITI Trade with National Apprenticeship Certificate (NAC) from a recognized institution.
  • NAC for 3 years (as per ATS).

• Trades Available:
  

  • Fitter: 07 Posts
  • Turner: 11 Posts
  • Machinist: 10 Posts
  • Electrician: 08 Posts
  • Welder: 18 Posts

• Experience: 3 years post completion of apprenticeship training.

2. Office Assistant Trainees:

• Qualification:
  

  • Full-time Graduate Degree/Diploma in Commercial Practice or Secretarial Practice.
  • Proficiency in computer applications (minimum 6-month course approved by DOEACC) and typing skills are desirable.

• Experience: 3 years post completion of graduation/diploma.

Job Description:

ITI Trainees: Candidates will be responsible for tasks related to their trade during the training and contract period. They will work within their respective departments, adhering to production norms and quality standards.

Office Assistant Trainees: Candidates will provide administrative and clerical support in various departments, including Corporate Offices, Manufacturing Areas, HR, Finance, Purchase & Stores, etc.

For ITI Trainee: Selection will be based on a Computer-Based Written Test and/or Trade Test, as per the discretion of BEML Management.

For Office Assistant Trainee: Selection will be based on a Computer-Based Written Test consisting of multiple-choice questions.
